We worked with Serge and their team to get a design and permits approved for our new second story deck. They answered all our questions, helped us... pick out the correct materials. We end up going with Wolf pvc serenety collection for our deck. The crew worked long hours and never skipped a day, they even worked on weekends. The job was completed on time. We are happy with our new PVC Wolf Decking installation. Serge did an excellent job on preparing 3D drawings and getting all necessary city... architectural and building permits designed/approved. The GTA Decks crew arrived 4 days before the job was scheduled and they finished as promised. All carpenters worked meticulously and very detailed. Serge made us feel at ease during the entire process of deck building process and ensured that every detail of our deck was executed to perfection. After the deck project was completed and final inspection passed by the city. All of our family members inspected the job and we were very pleased that there were no deficiencies with the quality and the product. Our Deck was built perfectly to Ontario Building Code and City regulations. We will highly recommend Serge and his experienced team to all of our friends, neighbours and family. We called GTA Decks and Serge, the owner, visited our home. We thought our project was small and simple, but it was not, with many visits and... drawings later, we finalized the contract. During this time, Serge was always professional, available to answer questions and was extremely patient with us. He provided us with great ideas, his vision and creativity completely transformed our pool deck to a whole new level. Nikki and her crew were excellent. They made sure every night our backyard was cleaned and tidy. If we encountered a hiccup or had a question, she immediately dealt with it or answered it.
